Registration is required for all events. Prior to the visit, registered guests will receive an email with directions to campus and parking information.
Please note: Students interested in graduate programs are encouraged to coordinate their visit through the Office of Graduate Admissions.
Information Session
Information sessions are offered at set times on weekdays and select Saturdays. Sessions include a presentation by an admissions counselor and a walking tour led by a student tour guide. The visit will last approximately 2 hours.Register online to find the information session with campus tour that best fits your schedule.
Information sessions begin at the Future Monarchs Presentation Room in Webb University Center. Please check your confirmation email for any location changes due to special events.
Campus Tour Only
Campus tours are offered at set times on weekdays throughout the year and consist of a walking tour led by a student tour guide. Tours last approximately 1.5 hours.Register online to find the campus tour that best fits your schedule.

Open House
Our Open Houses include representatives from university areas such as academics, financial aid, housing and admissions. Sample ItinerarySpring 2012 Open House dates: February 11 and April 14

Lavahound Photo Hunt
Turn your visit to campus into a game with the ODU photo hunt through the Lavahound App (available free at the Apple App Store). Use the app's map to find photos around campus and learn more about the university while earning points.

Group Visits (parties of nine or more)
We look forward to welcoming your group to campus. Visits are offered on select Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the winter, spring and summer at 10:30 a.m. Visits are offered during the months of November, December, January, Febuary, March, April, June, July and August. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis and group visits are only offered on weekdays.
In an effort to offer the best campus visit experience, we must limit groups to 50 people.
